CNC machine tool operating procedures

The operation and maintenance procedures of CNC machine tools are technical specifications that guide operators to use and maintain equipment correctly. Each operator must strictly abide by them to ensure the normal operation of CNC machine tools, reduce failures and prevent accidents.

1. Principles of formulating operation and maintenance procedures for CNC machine tools
① Generally, it should be classified according to the operation sequence of CNC machine tools and the precautions before, during and after the shift, and strive to be concise, concise and applicable. The items that belong to the "three good" and "four meetings" will not be listed here;
②According to the category of CNC machine tools, the structural characteristics, processing range, operation precautions, maintenance requirements, etc. are listed separately, so as to facilitate the operation of mastering the key points and implement them;
③All kinds of CNC machine tools have common content, and unified standard general regulations can be compiled;
④For key equipment, high-precision, heavy-duty and rare key CNC machine tools, operation and maintenance procedures must be formulated separately and displayed near the machine tools with eye-catching signs and boards. Operators are required to pay special attention and strictly abide by them.

2. Basic content of operation and maintenance procedures
①Clean up the workplace before the shift, check whether each operating handle and control device are in the stop position according to the daily Yuchaka regulations, whether the safety protection device is complete and reliable, check whether the power supply is normal, and make a spot inspection record.
②Check the oil quality and oil quantity of the lubrication and hydraulic devices, add oil according to the regulations of the lubrication chart, keep the oil clean, the oil circuit is smooth, and the lubrication is good.
③ After confirming that all parts are normal and correct, the equipment can be started without a car. Run the empty car at low speed for 3-5 minutes first, check that all parts are running normally and lubricated well before starting work.
④The workpiece must be clamped firmly, and it is forbidden to knock and clamp the workpiece on the machine tool.
⑤Reasonably adjust the stroke block of each part, and the positioning is correct and tightened.
⑥ The control gear must be converted to a fixed position to make it mesh normally. When you want to stop shifting, do not use reverse braking to shift.
⑦ During the operation of the CNC machine tool, you should always pay attention to the conditions of each part. If there is any abnormality, it should be stopped immediately.
⑧ The measurement, replacement, and disassembly of the workpiece must be stopped, and the power must be cut off when leaving the machine tool.
⑨ The reference surface, guide rail and sliding surface of CNC machine tools should be protected and kept clean to prevent damage.
⑩ Always keep the lubrication and hydraulic system clean. Cover the tank cover, and do not allow water, dust, iron filings and other contaminants to enter the fuel tank and electrical devices.
⑩The machine tool equipment should be cleaned and kept clean after get off work and before leaving work. When formulating operation and maintenance procedures for various types of CNC machine tools, in addition to the above basic contents, specific requirements should also be listed for the characteristics of each machine tool, operation methods, safety requirements, special precautions, etc., so that operators can follow and implement them.
